Wage Benefit Aid and Detailed AT&T Contract Changes
05/10/17 - International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 21
May 10, 2017 - To help members determine how the economics of the tentative agreement with AT&T affect them we have developed a Wage Benefit Aid.  It contains the economic gains for many job titles over the life of the contract vs the increase in monthly medical premiums. It does not include yearly deductibles or out of pocket expenses because those costs vary from employee to employee based on the amount of times they visit a medical provider. Please note 96% of employees who participate in the AT&T medical plan do not reach the out of pocket maximum. As you will see, the total economic package (wages, 401K and signing bonus) in the tentative agreement far exceeds the health-care cost sharing.

Our brother Dennis has been battling through a serious heart condition for a few years (having a pacemaker installed) and has continued to work to provide for his family. He was just hit with another bombshell.......throat cancer.
