DirectSat satellite installers in South Holland voted union yes and will continue to be represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 21.  These workers are trailblazers in their industry they are the first group at DirectSat to become IBEW members. Since joining the IBEW in 2014 their employer hired union avoidance attorneys who have initiated a union busting campaign. Last month the National Labor Relations Board found in our favor by ruling DirectSat has been bargaining in bad faith. Through it all our Brothers stood together in solidary and made their voices heard today by again voting Union Yes! We congratulate our Brothers on their hard fought victory!
